Unlike "Veracash", technology "Bandag" called "cold", since the vulcanization of rubber occurs at a temperature of not more than 90 degrees. Thus, the structure of the frame is not damaged, as a result of which it can be used many times. The tread is imported from leading tire manufacturers "Bridgestone", "Michelin", which produce a variety of protectors, as well as lining specifically for gluing tread on the frame.

Then, using high accuracy machines, the old tread is cleaned and polished from the surface of the worn tire (the entire process is controlled by laser measuring sensors). After that, a new tread is applied to the shell and attached to it using special gluing layers and substrates. And finally, on special machines, under high pressure, the tread is wrapped on the frame, then it is placed in a vacuum envelope and entered into an autoclave, where a tread and frame are fused under high pressure. And it is natural that all the equipment on which they work in "Sebu-Taier", However, like new protectors are imported in leading global tire manufacturers.
It should be noted that the economic effect of the restoration of car covers of trucks and buses is especially high. And it is no coincidence that about 70% of European freight vehicles in Europe use the restored tires today.
