New York did cleaning Christmas festival
You know what a problem can be cleaning Christmas trees after the holidays. New Year can smoothly bake in many families into a monthly series called "Dear, when you throw a Christmas tree?". But the authorities of New York not only found a solution for this problem, but also supported them urban ecology. All residents of New York who want to dispose of their Christmas trees can do this at the Mulchfest 2014 festival from January 11 to 12 in a number of organized parks throughout the city.
In the indicated days and time, every resident of New York will be able to bring his Christmas tree to a convenient station and will be turned into mulch, which will be used in the future in city parks. Those who wish, by the way, can take mulch their Christmas trees home for their purposes.
Mulchfest assumes not only competent disposal of Christmas trees, but also turning them into nutritious mulch. This program retains places on landfills and does not allow trees felled for the holiday to disappear without a trace. All plants and trees growing in New York eat annually fresh mulch and the use of New Year’s Christmas trees as a fertilizer will help the budget for these purposes.
This is not the first Mulchfest conducted by New Yorxim Department of Sanitaria and Greennyc. Last year, more than 26 thousand Christmas trees were brought to the event. This year, the organizers hope that a larger number of people will take part in the program. In the end, mulch can be taken for your own use, and the entire processing process is absolutely free.
Almost every district of the city will be provided with its processing station, which will allow each person to participate in the program and conveniently process their festive spruce, giving it the opportunity to continue to benefit.
