Step 1: Select the site and while the car is not on weight, weaken the wheels fastening bolts. Step 3: Unscrew the nut (bolt) of the front hub and pull out the pucks.
Step 4: To free the rotary fist, you need to unscrew the ball support. On the VAZ models it is not necessary to spat the ball, it can be removed by unscrewing from the bottom two bolts of fastening the ball. And on models such as: Nexia, Nissan, Audi, Opel, Mazda, you need to unscrew the stubborn bolt on the finger of the ball of ball and sprinkle the finger. The steering tip will also interfere with the removal of the hub. Therefore, we unscrew it and press it from the rack. Now the rotary fist can move freely. We display a hub with a grenade out.
Step 5: We take a wooden bar or rod made of soft metal, and knock out the hub from the back. At the same time, so that the hub does not go obliquely and it does not jam it, we turn the hub.
Step 6: The hub was removed, but the bearing remained in the rotary fist. Remove the locking ring and using the puller we bate the bearing from the swivel fist.
As a rule, the half of the inside of the bearing remains on the hub, so using the crap -drawer, we remove the rest of the bearing from the hub.
Step 7: Before installing a new bearing, be sure to make sure that there is a lubricant in the bearing (at the plant the bearings lubricate the robot and can skip your bearing). Now we wipe the rotary fist inside and begin to press the bearing. Please note that pressing the bearing must be on the outer clip.
